It's that time of year again - cold and flu season - and if you have babies and toddlers in your care, you know it can be a challenge to deal with the smallest of stuffy noses. My newborn woke up congested and snuffly last weekend while we were out of town, so I had to make a run to the drug store for the supplies I could normally access in my medicine cabinet.
